Manage and supervise all aspects of on-site construction activities. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop and implement site safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of labor, materials, and equipment. Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Solve on-site issues efficiently and effectively to keep projects on track. Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders and clients. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and ensure quality control. Lead and mentor field personnel, ensuring continuous development and training. Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability to travel to various job sites in and around the Cincinnati area.
