The Superintendent will be responsible for: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources, including labor and materials. Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders as needed.
