Our New York City Michael Page office specializes in sales/recruiting for clients within several industries including Human Resources, Supply Chain & Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Legal, Accounting, Finance, & Tax, and Sales. As a consultant you will be responsible for: Building relationships with companies (clients) in a given territory to partner together on hiring needs Prospecting and outreach to clients Negotiating commercial terms of business with clients Building a pipeline of candidates through various sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM database etc.) Interviewing candidates and qualify them for job openings with clients Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates Managing the process with candidates from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale Page Group USA is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. The Successful Applicant
At least 1+ years experience in corporate sales, client-facing, consultative, or business development related job Experience building relationships with clients/customers/stakeholders The ability to do outreach, negotiations, and closing deals with clients Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and be consultative with your clients Motivated by career growth, professional development, and financial gains What's On Offer
