Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join a dynamic team within an innovative healthcare organization. This is a hybrid role, and requires up to 75% local travel along with occasional out-of-state. Candidates must reside in the Denver Metropolitan area. Salary Range : $125,000 - $134,000 Key Responsibilities Include: Partnering with leaders to develop and implement long-term workforce and organizational strategies Evaluating talent data and aligning staffing plans with operational goals Providing strategic input on leadership development and succession planning Ensuring talent acquisition and employee development align with business objectives Using data and analytics to support organizational change and decision-making Promoting a values-driven, inclusive culture focused on performance and growth Building effective cross-functional partnerships and participating in enterprise-wide initiatives Monitoring HR metrics to identify trends and enhance the employee experience Driving continuous improvements across HR processes and systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) Professional HR certification such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP is preferred At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner capacity Proven success in complex organizational environments, ideally within healthcare or a related field Strong command of workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development practices Advanced interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of leadership Skilled in HRIS systems, leveraging data analytics, and driving change management initiatives Seniority level
