Founded in 1970 in France, Fiducial is a leading provider of essential financial services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax advisory for small businesses. Our international expertise helps clients navigate complex cross-border tax regulations, ensuring compliance while optimizing financial strategies. About the role Jade Fiducial is looking for a motivated Tax Accountant who is eager to gain experience working with small businesses and individuals on accounting and tax matters. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for general bookkeeping, monthly write-up, tax, payroll, and other accounting functions for Jade Fiducial clients. Main Responsibilities: Reconciliation of bank and company accounts Reviewing client's financial statements Preparation of outsourced bookkeeping for clients Preparing sales tax returns for clients Preparing payrolls for clients Preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax Law French DUT/BTS in accounting + a minimum of 2 years working experience Required skills 2+ years of tax or accounting experience (including internships). CPA experience preferred. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Knowledge of CCH Axcess, QuickBooks or other tax/accounting software is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word French fluency is required Proven track record of solving practical problems Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle a high-volume workload Desired skills Has a positive attitude and an unrivaled ability to work with peers, staff, and senior management collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Has an entrepreneurial drive, is self-motivated, and is driven to succeed. Has exceptional organizational and time management skills. Possesses a high level of integrity and respects quality assurance requirements. Has a history of building relationships with clients and colleagues.
