Position Summary The
Director of Finance and IT
will drive operational excellence, manage resources, and lead teams to support V3 Sports’ goals.
Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Finance and Compliance (75%) : Manage financial reports, analytics, budgets, and oversee assets and compliance.
Organizational Leadership (20%) : Lead finance and IT departments, participate in strategic planning, and manage vendors.
Other Duties (5%) : Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
8-10 years of professional experience in nonprofit, foundation, public, or corporate sectors.
Managerial experience in finance management.
Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting (GAAP), compliance, and financial systems.
Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, and establish positive relationships.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Office environment with hybrid work (minimum 3 days in-office).
Some travel may be required.
Salary Range $125,000 - $135,000, with a commitment to equity and pay parity.
