Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Position details: Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Position Type: Full Time (Temp-to-Hire) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $35,360/$17 hourly Scheduled Shift: Scheduled shifts may vary depending on what is available upon hire. The hours could be Mon-Fri 7 am-4 pm, 8 am-5 pm, 9 am-6 pm, or 10 am-7 pm with a rotating Saturday CST The following are some of the skills the ideal candidate should possess: Customer Service skills Bilingual in Spanish Punctuality Ability to retain and follow detailed instructions Team player Ability to multitask Self-motivated Critical thinker Good verbal and writing skills Time Management Confident Negotiating skills Strong overall Microsoft Office skills Primarily responsible for collecting monies on behalf of our clients while maintaining compliance and professional office and ethical standards. Collector will utilize various collection strategies and methodologies to attempt to contact consumers to negotiate payment in full or payment arrangements on debt within federal, state, and client collection guidelines and laws. Take inbound and outbound phone calls to collect monies by negotiating payment terms and methods when the right party is reached. The process requires reviewing the account information in the database, and/or asking probing questions of the consumer in order to better understand potential objections to payment. Monitor debtor's accounts and follow up to ensure payments are made promptly Utilize various skip-tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate the right parties to collect money Collect the balance or set up an appropriate payment plan. Review accounts to identify adjustments, and discrepancies and create a request for resolution Handle debtor disputes and overcome stalls and objections & suggest money sources for debt payment All other duties as assigned Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $17.00
