Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented
Senior Sales Director
to lead and expand Resultant's growth in the
private sector healthcare domain . This level role is responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, cultivating C-suite relationships, and driving new business across healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, a strong understanding of digital transformation, data analytics, cloud solutions, and a proven track record of selling complex professional services and technology solutions to enterprise clients.
Qualifications
Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy for Resultant’s private healthcare vertical. Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and whitespace within the healthcare provider and payer landscape.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare decision-makers (CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, COOs, etc.). Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with delivery, marketing, and solution architecture teams to craft tailored value propositions. Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to organizational sales maturity.
Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and KPIs. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with accurate forecasting.
Additional Information
Travel:
Up to 50% of travel to conferences, client meetings and sales presentations.
