Accounts Receivable Specialist

With a collaborative culture and a strong focus on operational excellence, they are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their Finance team. Job Description
Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices based on sales and shipping data Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on past-due payments Apply incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices Reconcile AR ledger and resolve discrepancies or billing issues Communicate with customers and internal sales/logistics teams regarding billing inquiries Assist with monthly AR reporting and aging analysis Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in the CPG or wholesale/retail space Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What's On Offer
