Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews on excavation, grading, underground utility, and concrete projects Interpret and implement site plans, blueprints, and project specifications Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines Monitor equipment use, materials delivery, and workforce productivity Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and performance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of experience in civil or heavy construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities installation, and site development Ability to read plans, perform layout, and operate equipment when needed Solid communication, organizational, and team leadership skills A commitment to safety and quality Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) What's on Offer
