$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Job Posting: Director of Business Development (DBD) - Cleveland, OH Location : Cleveland, OH - Field Based position Company : Dript IV Therapy Preferred start date: April 2025. Job Summary : Dript IV Therapy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development (DBD) to oversee business development strategies for new and existing clients. This leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the designated region. The DBD will work closely with physicians, operational teams, and executive leadership to ensure client satisfaction and drive market share growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for fostering lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities : Identify new business opportunities and pursue potential clients in the region. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Dript IV Therapy’s market presence. Lead efforts to acquire new clients, boosting revenue and growing the company’s customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Manage client onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and rollout. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute impactful campaigns and promotions. Work closely with operations to improve facility performance and grow census in underperforming locations. Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the region. Provide regular updates on business development activities to the executive team. Establish KPIs to measure market development success and optimize program utilization. Required Skills/Abilities : Proven experience in driving revenue and profit growth. Long-term care experience preferred. Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for new and existing brands. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and communication skills. Strong track record of aligning organizational goals and strategies with business growth objectives. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and medical professionals. Education and Experience : Previous experience as a Director of Business Development or in a similar role. Minimum of 3 years of documented success in business development, with a preference for healthcare or long-term care experience. Environmental and Physical Requirements : Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, reaching, bending, and lifting. Adherence to company safety standards and protocols.
