Your role and responsibilities
This role is suitable for an individual who excels in collaboration, possesses extensive SAP technology expertise, and is dedicated to client success.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Hybrid: Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and your role is designated as hybrid. Hybrid roles involve working from IBM locations, client sites, or from home. The number of days required in the office will be determined by your management team. Any changes to this arrangement must be preapproved by your manager.
Required technical and professional expertise
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with SAP technologies, including ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur.
Consulting Experience:
Proven track record in delivering complex SAP implementations, focusing on business process improvement and change management.
Sales and Business Development:
Success in sales or business development roles, preferably within SAP markets.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Leadership:
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects, with an emphasis on high-quality delivery and client relationship management.
