Responsibilities: Develops and drives the product vision, leading innovation in engineering technology and product development. Owns and communicates technology and product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer needs. Leads the product development process, ensuring milestone accountability, continuous improvement, and celebrating successes. Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to maintain competitive offerings. Designs R&D programs to advance future product concepts and maintain technology leadership. Solves complex strategic challenges impacting short- and long-term product success. Leads and mentors senior product management and R&D teams, fostering talent, creativity, and collaboration. Manages engineering and product development goals, budgets, and performance metrics across departments. Ideal Candidate: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, with technical expertise in semiconductor applications engineering and research. Relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: At least 10 years in specialty chemicals or a related industry, including supervisory and business management roles. Familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. Skills & Abilities: Intermediate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Strong math skills including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and the ability to interpret blueprints and formulas. Logical reasoning to analyze problems, collect data, and draw sound conclusions from complex technical information. Extensive experience and judgment to plan and meet manufacturing goals. High diplomacy with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Creative problem-solving mindset with strong innovation skills. Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes, Oracle, and related systems). What's On Offer
