The operation uses advanced machining technologies to deliver custom, build-to-spec parts in various specialized materials. Job Description

Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analysis Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in continuous improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA) Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement Drive automation and process optimization projects across manufacturing and support functions Collaborate with leadership to align improvement efforts with strategic goals and KPIs Develop and maintain standard work processes, performance metrics, and best practices Support a culture of continuous improvement through training, engagement, and change management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with a focus on process improvement Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools Experience leading Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement initiatives Proficiency in data analysis, root cause problem solving, and performance metric tracking Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence at all levels Six Sigma Green or BlackBelt certification preferred What's On Offer
