Serve as a change agent to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Collect and analyze operational data (e.g., cycle time, yield, throughput) to identify priorities and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Develop and facilitate value stream mapping to identify and eliminate waste, improving quality, cost, and delivery. Lead and support the implementation of process changes, cost-reduction initiatives, and 5S programs, including audits and Gemba walks. Train and mentor employees at all levels on Lean principles, tools, and techniques. Plan, facilitate, and lead cross-functional improvement events (e.g., Kaizen, Kaikaku, Six Sigma). Collaborate with leadership to align improvement initiatives with business goals and manage Lean Steering Committees. Recommend and implement strategies to improve operational performance and value-added ratios. Oversee process improvement projects, including timelines, budgets, tool selection, and results analysis. Utilize advanced statistical analysis tools to evaluate processes and outcomes. Manage and motivate teams, including trainers and Operational Excellence leaders, across multiple facilities. Ensure organizational adherence to deadlines, project goals, and continuous improvement priorities.
