Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards. Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Oversee budgeting and forecasting, providing actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with external auditors to support annual audits and address any inquiries. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Provide mentorship and leadership to the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. A successful Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred. 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within food What's on Offer
