Supervisory Responsibilities Manage and oversee a team of designers. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, visual communication, or related field preferred. 5-7 years of design experience, including 1-3 years in a leadership role. Requirements Advanced design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong leadership, project management skills, and knowledge of print processes. Understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
