Collaborate with departments like Product Development to define design needs and objectives, especially for new or re-branded products. Stay updated on industry trends, including design and printing techniques. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency. Create visually appealing designs tailored for various licensed trading card releases, considering specific printing processes and themes. Supervisory Responsibilities Manage and oversee a team of designers. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, visual communication, or related field preferred. 5-7 years of design experience, including 1-3 years in a leadership role. Requirements Advanced design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong leadership, project management skills, and knowledge of print processes. Understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
