The Project Manager - Hospitality Renovation (Travel Required) will be responsible for: Developing comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource needs Coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards Creating and maintaining schedules that highlight key milestones and project dependencies Overseeing agreements with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Negotiating favorable contract terms to support project and company objectives Monitoring contract performance to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines Preparing accurate budgets and cost estimates aligned with financial targets Tracking expenditures and implementing cost-saving strategies as needed Reviewing and approving invoices, change orders, and related financial documentation Leading and motivating project teams to meet goals and deadlines Hosting regular meetings to address progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates Collaborating across departments and with external partners to enhance workflow and productivity Enforcing quality standards to ensure exceptional construction results Ensuring all work meets code requirements, zoning laws, and applicable regulations Conducting inspections and quality checks at key stages of the project Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation plans to minimize disruptions Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture on-site Addressing unexpected issues quickly and effectively during all project phases Acting as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle Providing consistent updates and reporting to ensure transparency and trust Building lasting client relationships to support future opportunities and referrals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Project Manager - Hospitality Renovation (Travel Required) will have: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor Demonstrated success overseeing full project lifecycles ranging from $1M to $20M+ Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Hospitality renovation experience preferred, but not mandatory Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail What's on Offer
