The Multifamily Renovation Project Manager - Baltimore, MD will be responsible for: Managing projects with 3-5 years of PM experience or exceptional APM experience Overseeing multifamily renovations, including occupied spaces, and other project types Controlling budgets and schedules for $30M+ projects Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with construction standards Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders Using project management software and maintaining document control Conducting site visits, inspections, and progress reporting Tracking and resolving project risks, change orders, and issues Leading project closeout, punch lists, and turnover to owners Organizing teams and resources efficiently Problem-solving and making timely decisions Promoting safety, quality, and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
