Role Overview: Within this role, you will report to the Director of Client Operations. The Account Manager will assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts. This role is responsible for communicating with clients, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication and Relationship Management Communicate directly with clients on project statuses through weekly emails and virtual meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external updates, ensuring transparency and alignment. Maintain proactive communication with clients about deliverables, outstanding tasks, and reminders for implementation. Maintain an understanding of client goals and KPIs to ensure the marketing team’s strategy remains aligned with client expectations. Deliverable Management and Implementation Tracking Track client deliverables after initial approval, ensuring all tasks requiring client implementation are monitored until completed. Oversee project deliverables and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. Manage the assignment of tasks to project team members, such as the writers and Digital Marketing Manager, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations and deliverables. Create and maintain tasks in the project management platform, tracking progress and status updates. Content and Reporting Support Gather and analyze data for monthly reports to provide clients with actionable insights. Assist with local marketing activities for clients, as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or client account management roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent writing abilities. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights. Proficient in using technology for sales and marketing purposes. Experience in account management at a marketing agency with a focus on growing client relationships and driving retention.
