Remote Work No Job Number R0221928 Location : Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, US Share Job Via Facebook LinkedIn X Email Responsibilities include: Ensuring system hardware, OS, software systems, and procedures adhere to policies Performing security scans and resolving vulnerabilities Hardening Linux and Windows systems, including patching and anti-virus management Installing and configuring routers, firewalls, switches, and managing network access Monitoring system performance and identifying improvements Communicating metrics and insights effectively Qualifications: Experience with Linux FIPS mode and full disk encryption (LUKS, Tang, Clevis) Creating patch repositories and managing updates Bash scripting, user profiles, secure login policies Active Directory authentication (SSSD, Realm, Samba) Mounting NTFS and NFS drives VMware virtualization and Active Directory administration Knowledge of STIG, ACAS, OpenSCAP TS/SCI clearance HS diploma + 5+ years in systems administration or Associate's + 2+ years Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Red Hat Rocky, Ubuntu, Real-Time OS CUDA and GPU installations Bachelor's degree Certifications like Network+, Security+, RHEL, RHSA, Linux+ Clearance:
TS/SCI required. Compensation:
