As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will serve existing clients, offering wealth management and financial planning advice. You will grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. Required Qualifications: A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license Pending or acquired FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license, required during employment Preferred Qualifications: Strong relationship-building skills, trust development, and client communication abilities Ability to leverage Schwab specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and inspire client action towards their goals Openness to managing wealth in areas like Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning Adaptability to market and business changes Passion for community engagement, market discussion, and promoting sound investing principles Commitment to delivering an outstanding investor experience and professional growth in Wealth Management What’s in it for you We are dedicated to supporting your personal and professional success through our purpose-driven culture and development tools.
