teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations are based on rigorous research and analysis, underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership. ZS’s Provider Industry Vertical

builds capabilities for Hospitals and Health Systems to strengthen, diversify, and scale their business through data, analytics, technology, and human ingenuity. Example projects include designing population health/value-based care analytics, building digital solutions to reduce care gaps, launching provider-sponsored health plans, clinical trial patient identification, and more. What you’ll do Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions for our clients’ business problems Assist in structuring and conducting market research and desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through presentations Develop client relationships and serve as a key contact on project aspects Support program management, conduct status updates, and mitigate risks and issues. Drive project progress to meet goals and deadlines Enhance problem-solving capabilities and ZS’s overall expertise Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams What you’ll bring PhD or Master’s degree with quantitative coursework in business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences. Alternatively, 2-5 years of relevant professional experience supporting provider clients At least 2.5 years of management consulting experience supporting provider clients High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative Excellent oral and written communication skills Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset Self-discipline in planning and organizing tasks Aptitude for and enjoyment of team leadership Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive rewards package including health, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth, and professional development.
