Manage all aspects of the shell construction phase for multifamily projects, including site prep, foundations, slabs, vertical concrete, and structural framing Coordinate field operations with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Review and interpret structural drawings, scopes, and specifications Maintain schedule compliance, quality assurance, and safety standards Provide regular reporting on progress, costs, and potential risks Liaise with clients and general contractors to ensure clear communication and issue resolution Lead project team meetings and subcontractor coordination MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a shell contractor Strong background in concrete, masonry, and structural scopes for multifamily or commercial buildings Proven success managing mid- to high-rise residential projects Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction management software Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What's on Offer
