Job Description

Assist the Project Manager with all phases of project execution, from preconstruction through final delivery. Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure schedule and budget adherence. Participate in jobsite visits and provide support to ensure construction is progressing per design and specifications. Track project schedules, assist with procurement, and maintain updated logs and reports. Support internal and external communication to ensure alignment between ownership, design, and construction teams. The Successful Applicant

2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with ground-up high-rise or multifamily projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.). Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
