Job Description CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR Triad Associates Inc. - Haverhill, MA Full-Time Triad Associates Inc., a family-owned business and New England's premier hardscaping specialist for over 40 years, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Haverhill, Massachusetts. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, customer service, and our motto: "Just Do It Right." The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee all aspects of hardscaping projects, including pool decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards. Responsibilities: On-Site Project Management:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities, manage schedules, workflow, labor, equipment, and materials. Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate skilled laborers and craftsmen, providing direction, training, and support. Quality Control:

Monitor workmanship to meet quality standards and project specifications. Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings and inspections. Client Communication:

Act as the on-site contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Materials Management:

Coordinate delivery and inventory of materials. Problem-Solving:

Address on-site issues proactively. Documentation:

Maintain accurate daily logs of work, materials, and incidents. Qualifications: Experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar leadership role. Strong background in hardscaping, including pavers, natural stone, concrete, and retaining walls; pool construction experience is a plus. Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read blueprints and plans.
