As they continue to grow, they are looking to hire an experienced EH&S Manager to lead safety initiatives across their active job sites. Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure safe practices Lead safety orientation and training programs for employees, subcontractors, and site personnel Investigate incidents and near-misses, complete detailed reports, and implement corrective actions Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related issues across multiple job sites Monitor compliance with PPE, fall protection, and other job-specific safety protocols Maintain all required documentation including safety manuals, training records, and incident logs Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to foster a culture of safety Stay up to date on federal, state, and local safety regulations and best practices MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of safety management experience, preferably within the construction industry In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CHST, CSP, OSHA 30/OSHA 510) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel to project sites as needed Proficiency in safety software and MS Office Suite What's on Offer
