Lead all aspects of project execution, from buyout to final turnover. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and procurement schedules. Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants. Conduct job site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders. Monitor cost tracking, change orders, and risk management. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks. Provide clear reporting and documentation throughout all project phases. 5-10 years of experience managing ground-up commercial or institutional builds. Comfortable running projects independently with minimal oversight. Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Effective communicator with a client-service mindset and leadership presence. Able to navigate permitting, inspections, and local code requirements in Westchester or surrounding areas.
