Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities. Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in MEP installations. Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and shop drawings for accuracy. Monitor MEP work progress to meet project timelines and budgets. Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP systems on site. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Conduct quality inspections and testing of MEP installations before handover. 5+ years in MEP construction projects. Project experience over $300M. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Passion for construction. Knowledge of all relevant safety rules and regulations. What's On Offer
