Base pay range
$80.00/hr - $87.00/hr We’re seeking Change Manager to lead change initiatives across cross-functional transformation programs. This role blends change management and project/program management to support business adoption, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change strategies aligned with business transformation goals Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations Create communication, engagement, and training plans Partner with program managers to integrate change activities into project timelines Support leaders and teams through role/process changes Track adoption metrics and adjust plans based on feedback Mitigate change risks and manage stakeholder alignment Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7+ years in change management and project/program delivery, preferably in B2B/tech environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills Experience with Prosci/ADKAR or ACMP frameworks Ability to lead behavioral, system, and process change Proficiency in tools like Asana, Google Suite, and presentation platforms Change Management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) Project management knowledge or certification (PMP/CAPM) is a plus Seniority level
