Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Superintendent located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, ensure project timelines are met, manage subcontractors and staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role involves regular communication with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Qualifications Experience in construction management, project oversight, and site supervision Skills in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience in luxury residential construction is a plus Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Seniority level
