$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Spencer Ogden Our client is a well-established Energy and Infrastructure Investment Manager based out of Houston. Since the mid 90's, they have deployed over $25B of capital throughout the O&G, energy infrastructure, and power/utilities space. Their Investor Relations team is looking to bring on a Sr. Analyst or Associate to keep pace with the tremendous growth this Investment Manager has seen over the past two years, where they have nearly doubled in capital deployed since. The Associate will play a critical role in supporting capital raising, investor communications, and fund reporting efforts, serving as a key liaison between the firm and its limited partners (LPs) Key Responsibilities: CRM Management:
Maintain and update the firm’s investor relationship management system with accurate and timely data. Reporting & Analytics:
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund performance metrics and investor reports. Fundraising Support:
Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, such as pitch decks, private placement memoranda (PPMs), data room content, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). Investor Communication:
Draft and manage investor correspondence, including quarterly reports, capital call/distribution notices, investor presentations, and responses to ad hoc information requests. Market Intelligence:
Track competitor fundraising activity, investor preferences, and relevant market trends to support strategic planning. Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in audit & assurance, accounting, FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or investor relations Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamo, DealCloud). Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Seniority level
