A middle-market private investment firm managing over $24 billion in assets is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join their Investor Relations team. The role will support the firm's Credit strategy, offering experience in investor relations, private credit, and project coordination. Company Overview:
A middle-market private investment firm managing over $24 billion in assets is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join their Investor Relations team. The role will support the firm's Credit strategy, offering experience in investor relations, private credit, and project coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to investor inquiries and information requests, coordinating with internal teams. Track and fulfill follow-up materials from investor calls and meetings. Support planning and content development for investor events, including the Annual Meeting. Maintain and update Credit marketing materials, investment track records, and case studies. Assist with preparation of fundraising deliverables and manage data rooms. Organize and facilitate on-site investor meetings. Oversee and coordinate deliverables across fundraising and investor engagement workstreams. Support preparation and review of firm and market-level content and analysis. Aggregate and analyze information on portfolio companies and fund performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a strong overall GPA. Minimum 1–2 years of analytical experience; familiarity with private credit and credit markets preferred. Backgrounds may include investment banking, consulting, placement agents, fund audit, or investor relations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation:
Salary:
$100,000 – $120,000, Plus Bonus
