To drive the
growth, positioning, and visibility
of the Ararat brand in the U.S. by executing localized marketing strategies, overseeing trade activation, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines, and acting as the key brand ambassador within the distributor’s organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Execution
Adapt global brand strategy to fit U.S. market dynamics. Create and implement annual brand plans aligned with sales targets and marketing KPIs. Define and monitor key brand performance metrics (awareness, market share, velocity, etc.). 2. Trade & Consumer Marketing
Develop and oversee
360° marketing campaigns
(digital, events, influencer, PR). Plan and execute
in-store and on-premise activations
with the distributor’s sales team. Manage POS materials, tastings, and brand education for retail and HoReCa channels. 3. Distributor & Sales Collaboration
Act as the
brand steward within the distributor —educating internal teams and aligning on brand priorities. Support sales teams with brand tools, training, and incentive programs. Work closely with sales leadership to identify key growth opportunities by region, channel, and account. 4. Budget & Reporting
Manage local marketing budget and ensure spend efficiency. Provide monthly/quarterly reports on brand performance, activities, and ROI. Collaborate to align financial forecasts and strategic updates. 5. Insights & Innovation
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to guide decision-making. Identify opportunities for portfolio innovation or localized product launches. 6. Brand Compliance & Legal
Ensure all local marketing materials, communications, and activations comply with global brand standards and U.S. regulatory laws (especially alcohol marketing compliance). Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of brand or trade marketing experience in the
spirits or premium beverage industry . Deep understanding of the
U.S. alcohol distribution system (three-tier) . Skills & Attributes
Strong project management and communication skills. Experience managing brands within a distributor-led structure. Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work independently and collaboratively. Passion for premium/luxury spirits and storytelling.
