ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Market Manager in New Jersey to join a growing team. This full-time, field-based position will focus on account-level sales execution and brand building across on-premise (60%), oX-premise (30%), and marketing/events (10%). The role starts with a retail-focused push to secure distribution and availability, evolving into a more on-premise and marketing-heavy role as the brand grows. We're a one-brand company with a lean, agile team-this is not a distributor management role. It's a hands-on, execution-focused position built for someone who wants to build a market, not just manage it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead our presence across New Jersey, prioritizing premium on-premise and high-volume oX-premise accounts Open and grow account relationships through regular outreach, education, tastings, and event support Execute in-market sales and marketing initiatives-menu placements, features, displays, samplings, and brand activations Partner with the internal marketing team to localize national campaigns and deploy creative assets in the field Activate and manage consumer-facing events and local brand partnerships Track placements, depletions, pricing, and key KPIs to measure success and inform strategy Represent the brand with integrity, urgency, and passion PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with Allied Beverage Group (supplier or distributor side preferred) Reside in New Jersey and have strong knowledge of the state's on-premise landscape Beverage alcohol foundations-bartending, distributor or supplier sales experience, and familiarity with the three-tier system Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, or relationship management Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Must be 21+ COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus Opportunity: 20% - 30% of base salary based on On-Target Revenue Earnings (OTRE) $500 monthly Health Allowance to support personal health insurance $250 monthly Car Allowance Reimbursable T&E Budget for account support, meetings, and market activations.
