The Director of Talent Attraction and Culture will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives to attract top-tier talent, build an emotionally connected workforce, and sustain a high-performing, mission-driven culture. This individual will play a key role in shaping employee experience, fostering engagement, and driving long-term retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead talent attraction strategies that align with our mission and values.
Develop and implement engagement programs to foster a sense of belonging and purpose among employees.
Partner with leadership and HR teams to build and sustain a values-driven, performance-based culture.
Launch initiatives focused on employee recognition, wellness, and professional growth.
Monitor organizational health through data analysis, engagement surveys, and feedback channels.
Create and oversee retention strategies that address key drivers of turnover and satisfaction.
Serve as a cultural ambassador, modeling behaviors that reflect our core mission and values.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
3+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, engagement, or organizational culture.
Strong track record of leading successful workforce culture and engagement initiatives.
Passion for mission-driven work and building meaningful employee experiences.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
