Founding Product Engineer
to help shape the future of their product from day one. If you're excited by the idea of working at the intersection of beautiful design, cutting-edge tech, and purpose-driven collaboration, we'd love to talk with you. ️ What You'll Do As one of our first engineering hires, you'll work closely with the founding team to bring our product to life. You'll have ownership over major technical decisions and the opportunity to shape both our engineering culture and our user experience. Design and develop features end-to-end across the stack (Next.js, FastAPI, Python, TypeScript) Create AI Agents Translate user needs into intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences
Integrate AI tools and APIs (no need to build models from scratch)
Collaborate closely with design, product, and founders
Own long-term technical architecture decisions
Help build a thoughtful, high-performance engineering culture
Tech Stack Frontend : Next.js, TypeScript or JavaScript
Backend : Python, FastAPI
AI/ML : Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
Design : A strong eye for UI/UX is a big plus
You Might Be a Great Fit If You... Impressive technical
projects/internships
Are comfortable across the stack, or have depth in either frontend or backend
Bring a strong academic background or rigorous self-taught experience
Have a portfolio or GitHub showing sustained contributions to meaningful projects Communicate thoughtfully and collaborate well in fast-moving environments Are excited to work side-by-side with founders in San Francisco
Compensation & Benefits Salary : $100K$200K, depending on experience
Equity : Up to 2% (flexible to 3% for exceptional candidates)
Monthly health insurance stipend
