JOB SUMMARY: CentraCare is seeking a strategic, excellence-minded and highly collaborative Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead one of our most advanced and high-impact service lines. In this influential role, you will co-lead an integrated and growing cardiovascular program across Central Minnesota, partnering with a dedicated Physician Section Director through a dyad leadership model rooted in shared accountability. The Executive Director will oversee a broad scope of programs and departments, including General Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rehab, Heart Failure Monitoring, Research, and several specialized procedural, inpatient and outpatient cardiac units concentrated within the St. Cloud market but with a regional presence across the health system and other regional partners throughout central MN and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning and clinical transformation across all cardiac services Drive operational excellence in quality, safety, patient experience, and financial performance Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across multidisciplinary teams Strengthening provider engagement, recruitment, development, and retention Advance integrated care delivery through evidence-based practices and system-wide coordination Support outreach and growth strategies to expand market share and regional access to care Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and licensure standards As Executive Director, you will be instrumental in advancing CentraCare’s Triple Aim + People - improving population health, enhancing the patient’s experience, reducing costs, and supporting the well-being of our care teams. Schedule Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday - Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Weekends | Holidays– On rare occasions Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $157,155.80 or more annually, pay determined by experience

Pay range: $157,155.80 - $235,711.79

Qualifications Master’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree in health related field and/or business with equivalent experience to a Masters Degree required 5 years of successful experience in health care management. Experience in a large integrated system and in Section areas of responsibility preferred. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of health care systems and hospital/clinic operations. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management practices. Ability to function with self-motivation and latitude to accomplish objectives, within framework of policies, general administrative direction, and supervisor direction. Ability to influence and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to effectively interact with Board of Directors, management personnel, medical and hospital staff, and community. Ability to interpret, communicate and operationalize organizational mission, vision, and core value concepts to a wide range of organizational and community representatives. Ability to make strategic, operational and administrative decisions in response to emerging conditions and environmental circumstances. Garners respect and trust from peers, setting aside personal agendas, desires, biases for the sake of a successful outcome.
