The hiring salary for HRIS Analyst II is a minimum of $85,988. Pay Range for this HRIS Analyst II is $73,494 to $117,590. Benefits:

Human Resources Information System Analyst II

that can quickly build relationships with internal stakeholders and can work collaboratively to help grow our HRIS programs. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with internal and external partners, has expertise in consultation, that is looking to make an impact on the Airport Authority staff through various HRIS systems and programs. Bring your specialized knowledge to the forefront of our operations and; What You’ll Do: Evaluate HRIS needs, evaluate new systems and participate in selecting new systems; provide training, troubleshoot and resolve HRIS system issues. Set data development and analysis direction, using data analysis to influence changes to operations, programs, and decision making. Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics; collaborate with subject matter experts to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight. Ensures information is complete and accurate; follows up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled. 2.

Critical Evaluation:

Ability to analyze and define a problem, evaluate alternative solutions, and identify an optimal solution; listens and clarifies information as needed. 3.

Project Management:

Ability to determine appropriate measures to achieve project goals and prioritize the measures; fully engage project participants to deliver an acceptable result in the time allocated. 4.

Business Acumen:

Demonstrates broad understanding of the business, departments’ functions and supporting work activities across the organization. 5.

Communication:

Effectively exchange information with stakeholders through various avenues, including verbal, written, facilitation, and persuasion. Requirements What We Are Looking For: Four years of increasingly responsible experience in the administration of human resources information systems and analytics, reporting, and metrics experience and/or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in business administration, human resource management, organizational development, or a closely related field. Education, Certification, and Licenses: Master’s degree in business administration, human resource management, organizational development, or a closely related field. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or PMP designation. Note:
