Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company based in Oak Lawn, IL, seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across the company. We are looking for someone with a strong background in benefits administration, recruiting, workers' compensation, and FMLA leave management. Job Description

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Conduct performance management processes and recommend employee development plans. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed. Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies. Support compensation and benefits administration processes. A successful Senior HR Generalist should have: A strong background in human resources within the business services industry. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
