As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across the company. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Conduct performance management processes and recommend employee development plans. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed. Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies. Support compensation and benefits administration processes.
