About the Role
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Technical System Analyst / Technical BA
with a solid understanding of
digital and retail banking systems . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating high-level product visions into detailed technical/system requirements and supporting developers and testers through the software delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Drive the full
Technical/System Requirements Lifecycle
— from abstract concepts to detailed documentation Support Functional BAs
in converting product vision into actionable technical/system requirements Conduct detailed
analysis of current system interactions
and identify improvement areas Create comprehensive
technical documentation , including system flows and acceptance criteria Support developers and testers
by providing first-level clarifications and conducting defect triage Ensure
requirement traceability
and manage documentation changes throughout the lifecycle Collaborate with
solution architects
and platform teams for detailed system design ️ Refine and elaborate backend user stories aligned with
Agile delivery practices Skills Required
Analytical & Documentation:
Excellent technical writing and analytical skills Ability to
translate high-level requirements
into detailed, organization-specific documentation Understand downstream impacts of
process and design changes Identify and document
system dependencies
and interaction points Communication & Agile:
Strong ability to
communicate with developers, testers, business, and operations teams Work collaboratively in an
Agile delivery environment Conduct and participate in
sprint planning , backlog refinement, and technical clarifications Technical Skills
Experience working with
Data APIs using OpenAPI Specification ️ Backend microservices development knowledge using
Java 17
and
Spring Boot Understanding of
Apache Camel 4
for integration flows Awareness of mobile tech stacks:
Swift
(iOS) and
Kotlin
(Android) Strong understanding of
microservices ,
system interactions , and
API contracts
