Electrical Foreman / Supervisor

Job DescriptionJob Description We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman or Supervisor for a multifamily residential project. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities and be comfortable managing crews in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Oversee and coordinate all on-site electrical work from underground to finish • Supervise the installation of underground conduits, main service feeds, EV chargers, and pole lighting • Knowledge and hands-on experience with switchgear and bus duct installation • Understand and implement fire alarm systems, low voltage, • Ensure all work is performed per NEC code and project specifications • Read and interpret construction drawings, electrical plans, and one-line diagrams • Coordinate and communicate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers • Create and manage daily work plans, schedules, and look-ahead schedules • Order and track materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job • Maintain daily reports, including labor hours and job progress • Lead, train, and mentor field electricians and apprentices • Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce safety protocols • Coordinate inspections and testing with the appropriate authorities • Troubleshoot electrical systems and work closely with engineering when needed • Maintain quality control throughout the duration of the project • Collaborate with other trades to avoid delays and conflicts
