Princeton, NJ We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Business Solutions Consultant – Insurance (Life & Annuities, Retirement and Pension) with the following skillset: We are looking for strong business/domain experts with technology consulting/solutioning background. Insurance (Life & Annuities, Retirement and Pension). Please find listed below the criteria that we are seeking from the candidates. Job Summary Skilled and experienced In-Market Insurance Techno-Functional Domain Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the Life & Annuities, Retirement and Pension domain, along with strong technical and functional expertise. This role involves working closely with sales teams to provide technical support and domain expertise during the pre-sales process. Key Responsibilities: Pre sales support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their business needs. Proactive client pitches and proposals, support Key Account growth. Domain expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge of the Life & Annuities, Retirement and Pension domain to guide clients through solutions tailored to their specific sector. Create industry solutions, services and strategy. Thought leadership, point of view, and content. Technical presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Technology/Product Solutions: Design AI-driven technology solutions by bringing together HBU leaders and platform partners. Integration of emerging technologies to design a scalable tech solution. Solution design: Develop and propose innovative solutions that leverage the products and services to address client challenges. Solution support for qualified bids. Assist in developing the win themes. Client engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals, and translate these into actionable solutions. Competitive analysis: Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and the competitive landscape. Product knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and technologies. Proposal development: Assist in the creation of proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation timelines. Team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. Market research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within Insurance (L&A, Retirement and Annuities domain). Partnerships: Drive community of in-market practitioners / functional experts. Platform partnerships & joint GTM strategy. Support industry alliances, analysts & events. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: 10 – 12 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or a related role within the Life & Annuities, Retirement and Pension industries. Experience working with core insurance sector in L&A, Retirement and Pension area in the US North America. Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical solution design, product demonstration, and technical presentations. AI-led tech design and ML-models is key. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of L&A, Retirement and Pension industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to client challenges. Client-Facing Expertise: Proven experience in engaging with clients and providing exceptional customer service. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
