This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to handle a broad range of litigation matters. Key Responsibilities : Manage cases independently from inception through resolution or trial Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex cases Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Practice Areas May Include : Consumer claims Product liability Class actions Civil rights Employment law Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license in Missouri and Kansas (strongly preferred) Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience Ability to handle files independently Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Client-facing experience preferred Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience and market standards in Kansas City Comprehensive benefits package Application Instructions : Cover letter Resume Writing sample To apply, contact Shannon Flower at
