The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial disputes and be prepared to manage cases independently. A multi-state law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial disputes and be prepared to manage cases independently. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, and motions Develop case strategy and advise clients Argue motions and make court appearances Collaborate with attorneys and clients to move cases forward efficiently
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial litigation experience Active California Bar membership Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively Trial experience is a plus but not required
