Your Responsibilities

Role Overview

Supports data analysis, market benchmarking, and client deliverables. Analyzes survey and client data Assists in building salary structures Conducts job matching and market pricing Prepares Excel models and PowerPoint reports Ensures data accuracy Manages small projects or parts of larger ones

Thinking, Reasoning, Problem Solving, & Technical Abilities

Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking skills Inquisitive, asks questions; probes effectively to define client needs and underlying issues Stays up to date on client information Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Learns about compensation market trends Actively seeks technical knowledge and experience Understands basic business and financial concepts and impact on business Begins to draw conclusions and observe trends

People Collaboration, Managing, & Mentoring

Participates in Lockton organizational initiatives Collaborates with others on team Asks questions of team members to improve understanding of clients & projects Actively solicits and accepts coaching and feedback to improve own performance

Client Role & Communication
