Sales Director (Warehousing)
with experience selling to freight forwarders, 3PLs, and distribution-focused businesses.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an assigned book of business while hunting for net-new opportunities Sell B2B solutions to freight forwarders, 3PLs, distribution centers, and supply chain organizations Travel across California to meet with prospective and existing clients (must have reliable transportation) Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention Present solutions and close deals with decision-makers across various verticals Utilize CRM and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn) to manage pipeline and meetings Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What You Bring
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding Proven track record of both account management and new business development Located in California and open to traveling for client meetings Tech-savvy and fluent in virtual sales platforms and CRM tools Strong communication and presentation skills Self-starter mindset, disciplined, and performance-driven Comfortable with a compensation structure of ~$100K base + commissions
