The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of new construction and renovation commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager or VP, you'll oversee Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll be expected to interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and take full ownership of project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day project operations from initial planning through final closeout Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and all documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office Suite Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and design professional Maintain client relationships and represent the company in meetings and on-site Conduct site visits as needed across Western Virginia and occasionally West Virginia Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely reporting across multiple job sites MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. This position is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager with
5-7+ years of experience
in commercial construction and a
track record of leading ground-up projects . You should be highly organized, communicative, and ready to take full responsibility for managing complex builds.
Qualifications: 5-7+ years of construction experience, including direct project management responsibility Proven experience managing projects valued at $15M+ Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation Proficiency with
Procore
and

Up to $135,000 (based on experience) Vehicle Allowance:
