Manage and oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment and resolve any issues promptly. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements on the job site. Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to address challenges or changes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications. Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a productive and cooperative work environment. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Document project milestones, changes, and incidents for accurate reporting and record-keeping.
