Job Description
Oversee the entire construction process of ground-up K-12 projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and building regulations at all times. Monitor project schedules and address any potential delays or obstacles proactively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including school representatives and architects. Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently. Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients as required. The Successful Applicant
A successful K12 Commercial Ground Up Superintendent should have:
A solid understanding of commercial construction processes and techniques, particularly in K-12 projects. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and multiple project components effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes in the construction industry. A track record of successfully delivering ground-up commercial projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. What's on Offer
